A 7-day cooling-off period (including the date of purchase) applies to this product (FX automated trading tool/EA).

However, this policy applies only if the EA and its accompanying support services have not been activated at all, even after face-to-face consultations.

【Cooling-off Eligibility Conditions】

The cooling-off period applies only if all of the following conditions are met.

① No receipt of the EA or any related information whatsoever, following the explanation and confirmation provided during face-to-face sales.

  • Receipt of the EA file

  • Receipt of the setup manual and parameter information

  • Transmission of EA-related information via LINE, email, etc.

If any of the above circumstances apply, the provision of the EA shall be deemed to have commenced, and the cooling-off period shall no longer be applicable.

② No expression of consent has been given to the explanations and confirmations provided during face-to-face sales.

If you have received the following explanations during face-to-face sales and expressed your consent (by signature, checkbox selection, verbal confirmation, etc.)

You shall be deemed to have understood and agreed to the product details and associated risks, and will therefore not be eligible for the cooling-off period.

If any of the above circumstances are met, the provision of the EA shall be deemed to have commenced, and the cooling-off period shall no longer apply.

③ No receipt of EA installation agency services or configuration support via Zoom

All of the following shall be deemed as the commencement of service provision.

  • EA installation agency services via Zoom

  • Initial configuration and parameter adjustment

  • Explanation of position sizing and fund management

  • Individualized explanation of operation methods

The cooling-off period shall no longer be applicable once the Zoom installation agency service has been performed.

④ No Installation, Activation, or Verification of the EA Has Been Performed Whatsoever

  • Installation of the EA on MT4/MT5

  • Activation of the EA on either demo or live accounts

  • Backtesting and forward testing

  • Confirmation and modification of configuration values

If any of the above actions have been taken, the cooling-off period shall not apply.

⑤ No Trading Activity Has Occurred Whatsoever

  • If even one new position has been opened

※Profit or loss is not a consideration.

⑥ No Use of Individual Support via LINE, Email, or Face-to-Face Consultation

  • Individual inquiries regarding configuration and operation

  • Individual consultations regarding market conditions and trading operation decisions

※Excluding mass-distributed notifications and administrative communications.

【Cooling-off Period Application Method】

If you wish to invoke the cooling-off period, please contact our support desk within 7 days of the purchase date, clearly stating the following information

  • Full Name

  • Registered Email Address

  • Order Number

  • Statement of Intent to Apply for the Cooling-off Period

※We may request you to submit documents verifying that the EA has not been received, installed, or used, if necessary.

【Major Cases Excluded from the Cooling-off Period】

In the following circumstances, the cooling-off period shall not apply even if within 7 days of purchase.

  • Where you have consented to the content of the explanations provided during face-to-face sales

  • Where you have received the EA file or configuration information

  • Where you have received installation agency services or configuration support via Zoom

  • Where you have activated, verified, or used the EA for trading

  • Anxiety arising from market fluctuations, unrealized losses, or realized losses

  • Subjective reasons such as "the product is not as I expected" or "I listened to the explanation but still feel anxious"

【Refund Policy】

Refunds will be issued only if the cooling-off period application is approved, and the amount refunded will be the purchase price minus payment processing fees and administrative fees.

As a general rule, refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the application has been approved.

【Important Notes】

This EA is an investment tool that must be purchased after receiving a thorough, face-to-face explanation.

It is not a product to be trialed after purchase; its use is predicated on the user commencing operations with a full understanding and consent.


Face-to-face explanations, EA installation agency services via Zoom, and initial configuration support

shall all be deemed acts of commencing operations, i.e., the commencement of service provision.
